The default size of plot offered at Roding Farm is one of approximately 4 rods (approximately 100 m2).
The annual rent for this size plot is currently £37.50 plus £10 annual association membership fee per person. There is also a £20 gate key deposit payable on joining.
Rents and membership fees are payable per calendar year or part year.
